Reeves Cosmetic Dentistry is committed to the health of our patients and our team. Although the general population is at low risk for serious complications from exposure to Coronavirus, we are taking the following steps in addition to our regular infection control protocol.
What WE are doing:
Daily screening of our team.
Frequent sanitation of common areas with approved disinfectants.
Daily review and updates (if necessary) of current standard of care protocols.
Continued updates and communication with you.
What YOU can do:
If you currently feel sick, please reschedule your dental appointment and call your physician. This is especially true if you have a fever, cough, sneezing, or shortness of breath. The same thing applies if you have had any of these symptoms in the last 48 hours. Please also reschedule your appointment if you have traveled outside the United States in the last two weeks to an area affected by the coronavirus disease. This includes China, Hong Kong, Iran, Italy, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, or Vietnam.
To reschedule an appointment or if you have questions, please call our office directly. If an appointment must be rescheduled, we will work to accommodate you as soon and safely as possible, including Friday or extended office hours.
If you require urgent care, please do not come in without first calling our office. For afterhours dental emergencies, you may reach Dr. Reeves at (205)999-1938.
Frequently wash your hands with soap and water for at least 30 seconds.
Do not shake hands.
Cover your nose and mouth with your elbow fold when you cough or sneeze.
As always, your health and well being are our highest priority! We continue to monitor this evolving situation and are here to assist our patients as needed. Thank you for trusting us for your dental care.
